Salary 35-40k plus an excellent benefits package

9 month fixed term post

We are recruiting for an experienced SharePoint Administrator for our client in London to play a key role in supporting the technology solutions that underpin the collaboration services that our customers depend on. You will be expected to quickly gain an understanding of systems and manage any incidents and requests in line with agreed SLAs, identify and document problems, and manage any required maintenance of the systems.

Required skills\competencies:
*Strong customer focus and an excellent ability to understand issues and expectations, and translate solutions and options for non-technical users
*Excellent knowledge of and proven hands on experience of implementing, administrating and supporting Microsoft SharePoint 2010 / 2013 (e.g. farms, clustered environments, load balanced and highly available)
*Proven experience implementing, administrating and supporting IIS 7.5 to 8.5 within large web servers estates
*Advance PowerShell experience (e.g. automation & deployments)
*Experience with IIS / ASP.NET upgrades and migration
*Expertise with SharePoint upgrades and migration
*Experience with SharePoint InfoPath and Search
*Appreciation and knowledge of supporting technologies such as Windows 2008/2012, SQL Server 2008 & 2012, DNS, AD, VMWare ESXi Server, etc…
*Microsoft Certified or Trained in SharePoint 2010 and SharePoint 2013
*Experience in web application security practices

Additional desired skills
*Experience configuration SharePoint 2013 for document management and records management
*SharePoint 2010/2013 development (workflows and web technologies and App model)
*Understanding of network protocols and SAN technologies.
*Have experience of working with suppliers and support providers of 3rd party solutions for problem resolution and developing change.
*Experience with training junior team members, preparing for handovers of knowledge
*Ideally Microsoft Certified in either or both SharePoint 2010 and SharePoint 2013
*Experience with 2010 to 2013 migrations
