1st Line IT Support -helpdesk/AD/Exchange/Server
Location: Portsmouth
Duration: 3 months
Rate: £90 - £105 per day
Clearance: SC Cleared (or willing to undergo prior to project start date)
Start date: ASAP

My client is currently looking for a 1st line Service Desk Analyst to join their existing team in Portsmouth for 3 months

To apply for this position, you must be eligible to live and work in the UK and either possess or be able to obtain MOD UK Security Clearance to SC level as a minimum.

Essential experience
* Proven Service/Help Desk experience
* Ability to apply technical fixes, using agreed IT toolsets
* Proven experience in using a Service Management system to manage all incidents and requests.
* Experience in troubleshooting Microsoft Applications, Printer faults and Operating systems.
* An understanding of Active Directory, Exchange, Cisco IP Phones, Remote Assistance/Desktop, and Server Infrastructure
