About the role

Capita are an industry leading provider of IT services and we have a great opportunity for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our Managed IT Service business.

This is a Monday to Friday role with hours worked between 8am and 6pm. There is also the opportunity to partake in the out of hour's rota for which overtime will be paid.

The role based in our offices in the Cherrywood Business Park in Loughlinstown.

What you will do:

You'll be the first point of contact for people contacting the Service Desk so you'll be involved with call logging, problem handling and call dispatch.

You'll provide advice and guidance for computer users on hardware and software matters and help to resolve their IT issues.

Our Service Desk Technicians are committed to providing the very best levels of technical support and credibility to our customers so you'll be passionate about making a great impression and developing your career in a customer facing environment.

We are looking for candidates who either have an interest in IT and an exceptional customer facing manner that we can train into a Service Desk role or accomplished Service Desk Technicians looking to progress their career in a FTSE 100.
