The Role

The role of Change Coordinator sits in one of the largest MoD accounts within the business and will be involved in ensuring the change process is managed and coordinated effectively at all times. Key responsibility is to monitor the change processing pipeline and proactively liaise with change owners to ensure that change requests are dealt with in the most efficient and effective manner possible.

Essential Skills

  • Valid DV clearance
  • Experience of Change Management activities on a large programme.
  • Excellent organisational skills and able to perform efficiently in a fast paced environment
  • PRINCE2 and ITIL qualifications or experience
  • Understanding of ITIL change
  • Excellent customer facing skills.
  • Understanding of and ability to define and implement Change
  • Good verbal, written and communication skills.
  • Good analytical and planning skills.



Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of working in a secure environment
  • Experience of working in a military environment
