Exciting opportunity for a End User Service Assurance Manager within a changing environment.

The current estate supports 12,500 users. The users require equipment and access to our services to deliver their business objectives.
These services are delivered through an MPLS WAN, WIFI and remote access.
There is a legacy telephony PABX estate with is being migrated to MPLS
We have a diversity of end user devices comprising of Laptop's Desktops, UTC devices, Ipads, Blackberries and android devices. Understanding of the underpinning technologies is also required.
These evolving roles are "hands off" but assure issues with these services, are resolved by our partners by means of challenging and supporting them. The posts are both involved with incident and problem management, providing technical input to the resolution of incidents/restoration of services, influenced by an understanding of business impacts and workarounds.
The role will also provide subject matter expertise to projects.

* Understands services provided by our suppliers and is able to assure those services delivered to end users
* Is involved with resolution of VIP user issues
* Works with suppliers to identify device roadmaps such that stock can be understood and managed appropriately minimising risk to the business
* Provides advice on devices, eg blackberries, laptops, etc to ensure devices are fit for purpose
* Drafts and issues approved communications to users identifying health and safety, or training issues, related to device components,
* Liaises with the business on assistive technologies
* Provides subject matter expertise (from identification to support with selecting new suppliers) on mobile device management, printing etc
* Reviews project documentation
* Review operational processes to ensure they achieve their objectives
* Familiar with mobile device management
* Understands deployment methodologies
* Change management with regard to EUC
* Awareness of o365
