I am looking to recruit a skilled IT Technician to provide remote and deskside support for a large blue chip company.
You will be responsible for providing 2nd line support across:
- Hardware and software incidents
- IT related requests and incidents via Service Now Management system
- Asset management tasks in support of new deployments
The successful candidate will have experience in a good mix of the following:
- Windows 7 and MS Office 2010
- MS SCCM
- Installation and upgrade of printer hardware and software
- Active Directory, Service Now
