About the role

Here at Babcock International we are looking to recruit an In-use Asset Administrator to join our team based at RAF Wyton, Cambridgeshire who are responsible for supporting the Armed Forces with a variety of supporting services.

You will be part of a team that has vast experience in supporting the Military who provide professionally competent specialist Supply and Logistics support to our many clients at RAF Wyton and supported units.

We are looking for a Material Accounting Administrator to support our stores function who will be responsible for the accounting of the in-use materials needed in our day to day operation. This will include the creating, maintaining and checking of Articles-in-Use lists.

The role will also include agency fuel cards management and validation of transactions against invoices along with several other minor tasks.

What skills will be needed?

  • Must be computer literate with demonstrable experience using MS office including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.
  • Strong written and verbal skills.
  • Must be able to work on your own initiative.

What else do I need to know?

  • 8 - 4.30 Mon - Friday
  • Will have to attend and pass 2 x MoD training courses away from home - 1 x 8 working days and 1 x 10 working days
