PMO Consultant - SC Cleared

My client is looking for a SC Cleared PMO Consultant to start work in April down in the defence sector in Bristol. It can be a long term role for the right contractor!

Responsibilities:

Project reporting - Provide input to Project Leads and to Programme Controls reporting
Manage Assurance of Deliverables as per Assurance Process
Manage Decisions as per Decision Process
Monitor project progress to performance, cost and time
Monitor and update on progress against the Work

Risk: Identify Risks/Issues as per Risk Process and propose and Implement and manage mitigations.

Change Control: Raise Change Controls as per Change Process and manage the Changes through to Implementation

Dependencies: Support the dependency planning process and once identified plan authority resources to support development and review of scrum generated outputs.
Support PI dependency (between GD and Authority) identification and associated review categorisation.
Negotiate availability of authority resource and report conflicts to authority Lead.

Engage with all relevant stakeholders with reference to development and review of project outputs
Contribute to the development of project artefacts
Support output identification and associated review categorisation
Be the primary interface between the nominated GD Team Leader and the authority for your area of responsibility
Lead to progress issues and concerns to their resolution.
