HR Consultant (Specialist) - Compensation and Benefits Analyst

Role Purpose

Maintaining an organization's compensation and rewards program including (but not limited to) company cars and bonuses. Maintaining and suggesting roles benchmarking, ensuring current documentation, market trends and performance. Ensuring good cooperation and process management with Financial and/or Administration Department

Key Accountabilities

  • Maintain compensation and benefit plans and award systems in cooperation with other departments (Finance, Administration)
  • Updating compensation and benefits policies and plans according to company strategy
  • Monitoring and researching compensation and benefits trends
  • Data and cost analyses from compensation and benefits scope
  • Review and updating job descriptions and occupational classifications
  • Participating in financial reporting and budgeting in cooperation with Finance Department
  • Drive the back office part of pay review process
  • Collaborating with outside vendors, such as investment brokers, benefits vendors, salary reports providers


Qualifications & Skills

  • Higher Education
  • Very good English
  • 1 year relevant or similar work experience will be an asset
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience connected to analysis of HR, Finance or Payroll data
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • MS Office Excel and Power Point - advanced
