C++ Developer

C++ / Python Software Developer

My client are looking for a talented software developers and mid, senior and lead level who are confident with C++ and has some exposure of Python but is also able to pick up new frameworks, languages and technologies quickly within a dynamic and bleeding edge environment. 

You will sit in a teams that are responsible for the entire software lifecycle, so you will need a deep understanding of Linux and be familiar with installation and deployment, and automating integration and test using tools such as Jenkins, Git and Ansible.

Your day to day Responsibilities will include: 

• Technical consultancy across a number of challenging client problems.
• Collaborating with the team and clients to deliver and present new capabilities.
• Business development support and contributing to high level bids.
• Technical training and knowledge transfer initiatives.
• Working with and applying Agile and DevOps methodologies and tools.
• Solution and component design.
• Unique development projects and associated testing.

You will have the following skills: 

• Experience developing high quality code in C and C++.
• Exposure to Python would be beneficial.
• BDD / TDD
• Continuous integration / continuous development (CI/CD)
• Linux

Additional notes: 

Due to the nature of role, we require you to either hold or be eligible to achieve SC or DV clearance. As a result, you should be a British Citizen and have resided in the UK for the last 5 years for SC and 10 years for DV.
