An exciting new role has become available for an SC Clearable Software Delivery Lead to join our Government client in Worcester. The role will involve leading a large team developing embedded software for a product development programme.

Key responsibilities:

• To lead a large team developing embedded real-time software encompassing all stages of the development life-cycle;
• To work as part of a multidisciplinary software team and closely with the project manager to ensure solutions are wholly integrated;
• To drive forward technical progress and quality.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience of working in a rigorous systems or software engineering environment using formal design tools and methodologies;
• Experience of structuring and successfully leading large teams of systems or software engineers;
• Atlassian;
• C++ or C#;
