Role Profile:

Our undisclosed client is looking for a motivated and creative developer to join an innovative team.

The team is a tackline within the organisation biggest data challenge using the Lean Start up Methodology.

The team is organised around experiments and are looking for a full-stack developer who can help them bring ideas to life by creating prototypes and MVPs that they can use to help test their riskiest assumptions and iterate their designs.

You should have:

• A growth mindset; willing and excited to try new ways of working and challenge not only your own but others established thinking
• A collaborative approach; able to work closely with the team and colleagues within the wider organisation
• Seeing the bigger picture; Ability to see the bigger picture and produce creative solutions to solve mission problems
• The ability to rapidly build prototypes and models in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements

Qualification & Experience

• DV Clearance
• Full Stack Developer with experience developing web applications
• Front and Backend JavaScript (React, Angular and/or Node)
• Interest of experience in Data Science
• Experience using Lean Start Up or other innovation methodologies
• Experience using SQL/NoSQL Databases
