Job Details

We are looking for a Compliance Analyst to ensure that we meet regulatory requirements whilst capturing and recording operational, people and baseline data. The ideal candidate would be able to proactively identify opportunities for change and improvement, driving change processes and supporting the development of the function.

Responsibilities

  • Interrogate data and analyse trends, using the information to identify issues and opportunities for process, service and system improvement
  • Maintain process documentation, shared folders and portal information
  • Access the change impacts of proposed changes to service and process; put in place appropriate plans to address change impacts
  • Interpret Company policy, working with policy owners to operationalise policy, delivering pragmatic solutions, standardised processes and supporting guidance
  • Support the planning and implementation of business projects, working under the broad direction of others
  • Provide compliance metrics and reporting as required by the business, regulators and other stakeholders
  • Provide monthly status reports on each appropriate licence condition
  • Work with functional and operational areas to identify, capture and monitor compliance change
  • Work as part of the People CoE providing analysis and administrative support as appropriate

About you

In order to be considered for this outstanding opportunity there are a few minimum standards which you will need to meet. These include;

  • Basic project management and/or internal consulting skills
  • Experience of operational process design, process mapping, problem solving and decision making
  • Confidence in presenting to and influencing colleagues and senior leadership within the business
  • Basic analytical capabilities and knowledge of the use of metrics
  • Working with standard office applications and toolsets including shared information platforms, spreadsheets and presentation applications
  • Good standard of general education, with proven literacy and numeracy

We will also require any potential employees to be willing and able to obtain and maintain Security Clearance.
