Therefore, transformative Business Change Managers are required to make a real difference influencing some of the most important decisions across the full spectrum of their business.

Ambitious and driven Business Change Managers are needed to join their industry-leading team of experts, in a consultative in client-facing environment. No day will ever be the same, by helping the UK become a safer place, from change planning and aligning change activities across the business. You will help changes (both technical and non-technical) land successfully in a business by employing a vast range of communications and stakeholder management techniques.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate they have creatively and effectively engaged both stakeholders and workforce in a transformation programme. Further requirements include:

• Experience of introducing major change in a complex business environment; cultural, technical, process and behaviour change
• Experience using a change network to shape, deliver and embed change
