Our client require an experienced SC Cleared Business Analyst to work alongside a small analysis team, you will be responsible for capturing the business functional and non-functional process-driven requirements. The business functions are process-rich so the successful candidate will need to demonstrate their ability to define business processed in UML2 and BPMN artefacts. Reporting to the Lead Business Analyst and as part of a small team of Business Analysts you be involved in producing detailed process modules which are fully compliant with the project standards. Additional competencies include defining user stories, user journeys, testing criteria, facilitating workshops, engagement with stakeholders and integration with other Business Analysis activity. Key Skills: Proficient in UML2 Modelling for Use Cases, Activity Swimlane models and context models, Proficient in BPMN modelling to support the definition of the To_Be processes, Proven experience in stakeholder management, At least 4 years' experience in facilitating workshops and requirements capture techniques, Previous experience working on both Waterfall and Agile IT/IS projects ideally within public sector organisations, Generation of User Stories, Epics, User Journeys, Features and non-functional requirements, Review all process driven requirements and apply the necessary quality checks to ensure they are fit for purpose to inform the development teams, Advise the project team on the optimal business analysis approach to meet project objectives and within all tolerances, Collate test criterial, volumetric and timings of all user stories, Able to communicate and effectively with multiple stakeholders across a range of departments, Able to engage with project team members and senior business stakeholders alike, Be content to travel to other stakeholder locations for up to 4 nights across UK (York and possibly Liverpool, Milton Keynes and other locations as needed), Knowledge of MOD and/or Government working at Secret, IT development, Ways of working, Records Management and Security organisations. Candidates must hold SC or NPPV3 or similar or be able to achieve the required level of security clearance.
