We are looking for a HR Manager to lead a team of HR professionals in the delivery of HR services to the business - managing the delivery of team activities; providing the relevant technical expertise; ensuring that services are meeting customers' needs; and creating a culture of continuous improvement and process optimisation.

As a HR Manager you will successfully deliver effective HR services and end to end processes and manage internal and external providers in accordance with agreed SLA's and policies whilst leading, coaching and developing the team at a local level to achieve objectives to time, cost and quality.

We are looking for the HR Manager to have:

· CIPD or equivalent HR Qualification - desired

· Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and engage others

· Proven project management skills gained in an HR environment

· Strong report writing skills

· Expert coaching skills and ability to inspire confidence in others

· Analytical skills and thinking - comfortable with the use and interpretation of data from a variety of sources

· Experience of driving results in a multi-faceted, demand-led environment

· Knowledge of Workday, Oracle or equivalent HR SaaS technologies - desired
