Systems Engineer Analyst / Consultant

My client is a leading defence and security consulting firm specialising in management, systems and technology. They help clients to transform whilst managing risks which threaten their sustained success. They are now looking for Systems Engineers with a broad perspective who are keen to deliver difficult and complicated programmes and progress into management consultancy.

You'll be given the opportunity to work on and lead some of the most interesting challenges and programmes in the defence and security sectors. You will be trusted to work across the whole development lifecycle for clients, offering a rare opportunity to gain broad experiences with a range of world class organisations.

To be suitable for the Systems Engineer role, you will have a degree or equivalent ideally having worked in Systems Engineering functions or on large or medium sized programmes. Project management experience gained on at least one major programme with experience of lifecycle management and risk management, ideally familiar with complex planning is needed, as is an awareness of the commercial realities associated with the delivery of major programmes. You must be able to use your technical expertise, excellent interpersonal skills, and commercial acumen, to understand requirements, formulate and deliver creative solutions to client issues.
