Responsibilities: �Consultancy: o Takes responsibility for understanding business requirements, collecting data, o Collaborates with stakeholder groups, as part of formal or informal consultancy activity. o ITIL certified o PMO experience o Seeks to fully address internal customer needs � Stakeholder Relationship Management o Collects and uses feedback from customers and stakeholders to help measure effectiveness of stakeholder management. o Helps develop and enhance customer and stakeholder relationships. o Handling of complaints; problems and issues; managing resolutions; corrective actions and lessons learned; collection and dissemination of relevant information appropriately. �Operations o Supports business enablement activities, ? Identify assurance / authorization participants depending on the type, scope and risk category. Agree on dates for the meetings and invite the participants via Outlook incl. dial-in / Skype information ? Monitor the acceptance status and ensure that key people attend or send an authorized delegate. ? Monitor the agreed actions, closely follow-up with the action owners about the implementation of the action in time. ? Review the action result, confirm the implementation of assurance actions with the SME who raised the action, confirm the implementation of authorization actions with the assurance SPOC. Update the progress of the action. o Work with the supported department management to ensure business assets are available to meet planned release and training cycles. �Information Management o Understand the implications of information, both internal and external, that can be mined from business systems and elsewhere. o Creates and maintains an inventory of information assets (related to their area of accountability). o Ensures that formal information access requests and complaints are dealt with according to approved procedures.
