Contract until Aug 2020

My client in Filton are looking for an experience Programme Manager to join them in a business critical role. You will need to be degree educated and have substantial project and programme management experience. Excellent remuneration and opportunity.
Role:
Lead and drumbeat the resolution of industrial crises and quality escapes
Ensure that a robust industrial system is in place meeting deliverables (rate, flexibility, quality, On-Time Delivery)
Identify and anticipate trends (industrial, planning, development, customer demand)
Build an effective network with all stakeholders
Lead Programme Management Reviews with the relevant suppliers and Airbus stakeholders
Ensure that lessons learnt are implemented
Embrace and support the digitalisation of the programme
Monitor and challenge Supply Chain Performance. Follow up on root causes for crisis
Ensure adequate obsolescence management and minimise associated cost impact
About You:
Degree level education
Superior knowledge and experience in project and programme management
Experience across divisions including SCM, Logistics, Manufacturing, Quality and Engineering all beneficial
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
A strong Leader
Able to work in a pressurised environment and perform
