About the role
Here at Babcock, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Field Force Assessor. The purpose of the role is to assess, monitor and sample in order to prove competency in a learner for the Level 3 Apprenticeship. Administer documentation, carry out observations and invigilate on tests in order for the learner to achieve the full qualifications as laid down in the relevant Apprenticeship Framework.

What do I need to do the role?
You'll need to industry related qualifications and if you have an Assessor/CAVA award, that would be beneficial too.
Would also like you to have experience in all or some of these areas:
- Create an efficient work plan ensuring it has effective time management and cost effectiveness
- Present to the learners and their management structure and the principles
- Setting and reviewing progressive training objectives
- Review learners as per caseload and contractual requirements
What else do I need to know?
- You must be able to achieve the appropriate security clearance level for this role and will also need to complete a medical assessment.
- You will be based in Wattisham/Ipswich and will be required to travel to Northern Ireland once every 10-12 weeks.
